In his last position, he served as the General Counsel and board member for Microsoft Germany, overseeing all legal matters, public relations, and corporate/government affairs. Notably, under his guidance, Microsoft successfully navigated the strategic market shift towards the introduction and adoption of Cloud Services in Germany. Dirk Bornemann is a trusted advisor on cloud computing and artificial intelligence, sought after by politicians and regulatory authorities.

Daniel Finke began his career in technical and sales-oriented roles at IBM Global Services and after 10 years moved to Microsoft, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a new international organization for risk management, contract negotiations, and delivery management. For over 15 years, his leadership significantly contributed to the rapid growth of service business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In his most recent role as Global IP Lead, Daniel spearheaded intellectual property management in complex software development and artificial intelligence contracts.
In addition to his professional achievements, Daniel Finke dedicates himself to coaching and mentoring individuals in their professional and personal growth. He is also a passionate composer and producer of electronic music.
